IMBRA Compliance

If you are in the US, and you request the personal contact information of a lady or wish to send your personal contact information to a lady, the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) requires that we search for your name in the National Sex Offender's Registry. If you are in this registry, you will not be allowed to use our service.

In addition, if you wish to send or recieve personal contact information, you are required by IMBRA to complete a background information form. In order to access the form you must sign up then log in and click "IMBRA Compliance".
